Centralized Intake:
Are you about to be homeless or already homeless? Call the Centralized Intake Number at 540-271-1701 for help with permanent housing.
The Centralized Intake is required by federal and state guidelines to help; quickly stabilize your housing situation. When you call the Northern Shenandoah Valley Centralized Intake, staff will assess your needs and match you up with the appropriate agencies to help you obtain new housing or keep your current housing. This phone line is answered Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Concern Hot-line
A volunteer-operated hot-line providing crisis intervention, suicide prevention and information and referral services, to anyone in need, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
